Christiansburg, VA’s newest wedding + event venue is thrilled to host your family for all of life’s milestones. From weddings to baby showers, anniversaries to retirement parties or corporate events, our space can handle it all.

Nestled within a private vineyard in scenic southwestern Virginia, Riviera Vines is a magical micro wedding venue and event venue in Christiansburg, VA. We can accommodate 112 guests but our niche is micro or intimate events of 50 people or less. With awe-inspiring vineyards and a relaxing vibe, your imagination will run wild.

  • The venue has a maximum capacity of 112 people.

  • Absolutely! The venue includes tables and chairs.

    2 - Half Moon Sweetheart tables that can be combined into one larger round table to accommodate 2 guests with the couple.

  • We have gorgeous farmhouse tables therefore we do not provide any table linens. We do have tan cloth napkins that we can provide along with a few table runners to select from. If you decide to purchase table linens, we recommend the 90x156 inch size.

  • Wedding rentals are for 10 hours between 10am-10pm. You can access the property as early as 9am to decorate for an additional fee as that will require additional staffing costs. The good thing is, our venue is already very cute and comes with a lot of decor included!

  • Yes. We have a list of preferred vendors and will gladly work with you to find one who can help you throughout your planning process, the month of your event, or just for that day.

  • No liquor is allowed on property. We only allow wine and beer and you are free to bring whatever brand you’d like. Couples must get an ABC license the day of the wedding.

  • We do require Wedding Day Insurance which is also called Special Event Insurance. You can get a policy online from places like WedSure, WedSafe, and EventHelper. The average cost is around $180.

  • We set up all tables and chairs for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. However, we are unable to assist with setting up any decorations you provide so please ensure that you have plenty of help prior to your event.

    After the reception (and once your catering team has cleared tables), we will also breakdown all tables, chairs, and do the final cleaning & trash disposal for you! Again, you are responsible for removal of any decorations you brought with you to the venue.

  • We do! Our Refundable Damage Deposit is $500 and applies to both the venue and your use of in-house decor and faux florals.

  • Flammable Liquid (Sterno heat is okay), Confetti or loose glitter of any size, Rice, Silly String, Fake Snow, and loose fake flower petals are all prohibited. No fireworks, sparklers, or confetti canons. Candles must be in glass containers.

    No nails or command strips of any kind can be used on our white walls. We have a faux grass wall behind the bar that we allow couples to decorate. This wall can also be removed for people who would rather have a plain white wall.

  • We allow pets only in our outdoor, grassy spaces and they must be leashed at all times. They are not allowed in the “playpit”, gravel, patios or inside any buildings. Cleaning up any messes will be your responsibility.
